• How do I know my size? 
-Size Medium is average size. Sizing Kits are available for those that don’t know their size (if your size doesn’t match our size chart place your nail sizes in the “Add a note” space during REVIEW ORDER after checkout.

• Is the glue included?
-Yes, all sets include Prep Kit (nail glue, cuticle stick, nail file, & alcohol prep pads).

• Are Glam Afex nails reusable? 
-Yes, all of our press ons are reusable. They can be reused up to 5 times with a 2 week wear each time when applied & removed properly (Instruction Cards included ).

•Are Glam Afex nails flimsy? 
-Absolutely not. Glam Afex nails do NOT bend but have a flex fit. 

• When will I receive my order?
- Glam Afex ships is currently 1-3 business days. 🚨🚨 Reaching our maximum order limit may increase our shipping/processing times up to 5 business days.🚨🚨

•Do you give Refunds/Exchanges/Order Cancels?- Refunds are only given for mistakes made by GLAM AFEX within 15 days after the delivery date. Due to Covid-19, we no longer accept exchanges. Cancels can only be made no more than 24 hours after order has been processed. GLAM AFEX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT SIZING OR GUESSED SIZING.

•Can I order a custom set?
- Yes, under CONTACT US, let us know you would like a custom press on set and we will get back to you. 

•Does Glam Afex offer wholesale?
- At the moment we do not offer wholesale.

🚨🚨 I strongly recommend you choose PRIORITY mail to get your package to you faster if arrival time is in question. Yes, First Class Mail may be cheaper but it isn’t worth the risk!!
If your package is LOST, ARRIVING LATE, or DAMAGED while being transported from one facility to another, GLAM AFEX WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! This matter will have to taken up with your local post office or USPS. GLAM AFEX is not responsible for wrong addresses given during checkout. All orders take 1-3 business days to process (time before order ships). For RUSH ORDERS you must purchase the RUSH ORDER option. 🚨🚨
